Walter N. Carpenter, Jr. MAI, CRE  ~  President

Walter graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate. He has been active in real estate appraising and real estate sales in Orlando for nearly 40 years. He is active in many professional and community organizations. Walter is frequently called upon for expert witness testimony on complicated property appraisal issues. His appraisal clients are representative of diverse interests with a broad spectrum of property types. He is the head of our eminent domain/special purpose properties department.

Mark G. Carpenter, MAI ~ Vice President

Mark graduated from the University of Florida in 1982 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He has been active in real estate appraising and in real estate investments in the Orlando area  for over 30 years and is active in many professional and community organizations. Mark is department head of our commercial division specializing in appraisals of eminent domain parcels, developments of regional impact, single-family subdivisions and apartments.
